1、Water supply & drainage and related major, full-time bachelor degree or above;
2、More than 3-5 years of work experience of water supply & drainage design in design units;

1、Landscape garden, urban planning, environmental art design or related major, bachelor degree or above;
2、With work experience of garden landscape (planting) design in planning & design units, familiar with this major and relevant technical nodes (from the program to shop drawings);
3、Familiar with various professional drawing programs, and good at hand-sketching;
4、Thorough and meticulous in work, with creative design capacity and representation capacity;
6、Strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational ability and team spirit.

1、Work experience of construction engineering techno-economy (construction cost estimation and budget) in Grade A design units;
2、Title of engineer or above;
3、With the practice qualification certificates of engineering consulting engineer and certified cost engineer.

1、Electrical and related major, full-time bachelor degree or above;
2、2-5 years of work experience of electrical design in design units.

1、Urban planning, landscape garden or related major, bachelor degree or above;
2、Familiar with various professional drawing programs, and good at hand-sketching;
3、With strong professional dedication, good communication skills and team spirit;
4、Good sense of innovation, active thinking, and with excellent ability of program delivery;
5、Fluent in spoken English;

1、Junior college diploma or higher in related major;
2、More than 5 years of relevant work experience;
3、Good at design of various types of high-end apartments, villas, clubs, office buildings, commercial and other buildings;
4、Strong communication skills, able to sketch the rendering quickly with hand;
5、Aware of construction process and material process, and familiar with various detailed treatments, nodes and nosing;
6、Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PPT, Office and relevant professional software;
7、Work experience in foreign design companies is preferred.

1、Architecture, civil engineering or mechanical & electrical major, bachelor degree or above;
2、 With relevant leadership, communication skills, and marketing capability;
3、More than 5 years of work experience of the whole design process (program, preliminary design and shop drawings), including more than 3 years of work experience in large Grade A design units;
4、With good marketing network and client resources in Xi’an, Zhengzhou, Shenyang and other cities (Qualifications of National First-class Certified Architect Structural Engineer are preferred);
5、 With strong ambition and sense of responsibility;
6、With strong comprehensive analytical skills, capacity of plan development and execution;
7、 With good sense of market development, executive ability and communication skills.
