The design takes courtyard space as the key to planning and layout, using traditional space, modern building materials and techniques, and combining the essence of Eastern gardens to create a comfortable modern landscape courtyard. The demonstration area is located in the northeast corner of the project, with a square plot of land. However, in terms of the layout, the designer cleverly conceived the main building to follow the mountain and open to the urban interface. At the same time, two urban roads surround the building, forming a quiet place of "hidden in the city" through the layout of multi courtyard spaces and water features, as well as the layout of front yard green spaces and landscape walls.
